A haircut at the salon begins with a consultation about face shape, hair type and lifestyle, after which the cut can be modern, classic or customized. Color work covers balayage, highlights and full color, and the menu lists single color, highlights, full highlights, gloss and ombré color with posted prices.
Hair extensions are hand-tied using human hair and are meant to add length, volume and thickness.
The salon sells professional-grade hair care, including shampoos, conditioners, styling tools and treatments. Its Smoothing Shampoo is aimed at frizzy hair; the salon says it helps reduce frizz and add shine, and that the frizz-free effect can last up to 72 hours with its three-step haircare routine.
Appointments are booked by phone at each location. The Madison salon is open Tuesday through Saturday with late hours on Wednesday, and the Covington salon is open Tuesday through Saturday with shorter hours on Friday and Saturday. Stylists manage their own schedules within those hours.
The salon starts with a consultation so that cuts and color are chosen around each client's face shape, hair type and day-to-day routine.
