The studio was founded by its owner after she left a long corporate career and completed lash and esthetic training. Full sets can be built in classic, hybrid, volume or angel styles, customized to each client's preference. Fills are matched to timing: a Mini Fill is a quick touch-up between fills, Standard and Extended Fills follow the number of days since the last visit, and Foreign Fill is for new clients whose extensions were applied by another artist. A patch test can be booked first, and its cost is deducted from a full set if one is booked.

Appointments are made through an online booking page. Full sets and Foreign Fills require a deposit, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment carry a 50% charge to the card on file, while no-shows are charged the full service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for approved bookings from $50 to $4,000. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value and are final sale. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, and closed Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. A client review describes the space as very clean and the chair as comfortable.
