The business describes its mission as supporting clients' self-image and helping them find balance in their beauty, and says it aims to be known for quality, results-driven services focused on healthy, beautiful skin.

Facial work starts with products chosen for each client's skin, and the spa says it cares for all skin types. Facials range from a 45-minute Serenity Beauty to the 90-minute Timeless Beauty, which the spa calls its most extensive facial and which includes two mask applications plus eye and lip treatments with peptide and antioxidant products. The Madrone Beauty Signature Facial also runs 90 minutes and adds steam, a massage of the hands, arms, shoulders, decolletage and scalp, and a paraffin hand wrap. Skincare series include six customized treatments, a complimentary Luminescent Beauty facial and a home care kit. The spa says its microneedling, called The Collagen Builder, is clinically backed.

Hair removal is done with Berodin hard and soft wax, which the salon describes as cruelty-free, vegan and free of beeswax, or with SugarMamaPro sugar, which it describes as all-natural and gluten-free. Body treatments begin with a full body exfoliation that buffs away dead skin, followed by an herbal wrap or a clay or mud wrap. Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, booked as a full set or a two-week fill; a fill requires at least half the lashes remaining and booking within two weeks. Lash removal is not charged, and the spa recommends professional removal rather than removing extensions at home.

The Hayden location is at 8836 Hess Street, Suite E and has on-site parking; hours are Monday to Wednesday and Friday to Saturday, with Thursday and Sunday closed. The Battle Ground spa is upstairs inside Lux V salon, reached by stairs only with no elevator, and has free street parking; it is open Monday to Saturday, closed Sunday. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours' notice, a cancellation inside 24 hours is charged half the service fee, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full fee. Before hair removal, clients are asked to exfoliate up to 24 hours ahead, avoid shaving and let hair grow to at least a quarter inch. Clients under 18 need parental consent and a parent or guardian present, and children under 13 are not allowed in the spa.
