Install and wig prices are listed as starting rates. Hair is not included in service pricing and must be bought before the appointment, since the salon cannot guarantee a given length or texture will be in stock that day. Salon services are paid for in cash only. Children and extra guests are not allowed during a service unless they are being serviced too.
Same-day coloring of extensions is not offered except for black; colored extensions need a separate appointment. The business advises washing virgin extensions thoroughly before installation, because the hair can carry dirt or debris.
A medical wig and cranial prosthesis program serves people with hair loss related to medical conditions or treatment. It starts with a private one-on-one consultation booked through the website. Insurance coverage or reimbursement for a cranial prosthesis is not guaranteed and depends on the individual plan.
Hair is bought online or in store, and purchases can be prepaid by text and picked up at the store. Orders must be placed online, as phone orders are not taken. Bundles cannot be returned or exchanged, and shipping takes 5-7 business days in total including payment processing. Layaway is available by emailing for an invoice.
