Signature services include keratin smoothing, which the salon says reduces frizz and adds shine, and perms that can be customized for more wave or curl. Lightening covers balayage, foil highlights, creative color and double process. Haircare treatments include Olaplex, several top drop treatments and a scalp treatment, with pricing given by phone on request.

Bookings require a valid credit card. Clients should cancel or reschedule by phone at least 24 hours ahead during business hours. No-shows and late changes are charged 50 percent of the scheduled services, and appointments more than 15 minutes late may not be serviced. Service adjustments are free if requested within 10 days and are done with the original stylist. Product returns are accepted for exchange or store credit within 14 days, and services are not refundable.

Weddings are handled on location, with trials usually held at the studio at 2736 W Girard Ave. The salon can also be reserved exclusively for a group, such as a bachelorette party or birthday celebration.
