Each session takes place in a private room with only one client at a time, and every technician is licensed. Most waxing uses a soft wax blended with tea tree oil and aloe vera, and hard wax can be requested instead. Full-body packages are not offered. Instead, clients pick the areas they want for a single visit and pay the listed menu price for each one. Prices are published for every service, and there is no consultation fee. Express appointments suit smaller areas and short visits. According to the salon, a full Brazilian typically takes around twelve minutes on an ordinary day.

Hair should be about a quarter inch long before body waxing, with up to half an inch ideal. Clients are asked to exfoliate gently one to two days before the appointment, but not on the morning of, and to avoid tanning and sun on the area. Afterward, heat, hard workouts, tight clothing, saunas and hot baths should wait 24 to 48 hours. Clients using retinoids, prescription acne medication or regular acid exfoliants are asked to stop them on the area about five days before facial waxing and for two days after; otherwise tweezing or rescheduling is used. Appointments are rescheduled if the skin is irritated, cut, broken or sunburned that day.

The salon is open Monday through Friday from 10 am to 8 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm, and it is closed on Sundays. The salon describes parking as easy, and several bus routes have stops within a short walk. Brazilian and bikini waxing are offered for women only.

Waxing removes hair from the root and is offered to all skin types and skin tones. The soft wax used by default is formulated for reactive skin.
