Waxing is priced by body zone, from small areas such as ears, nose, lip and chin up to full legs, full back and full arms. The bikini options range from a basic shape that keeps hair from showing in underwear, to a modified version, to a full Brazilian that removes hair from the pubic region, labia and inner backside, with the option to keep a thin strip or triangle. Full Face includes brow shaping.

Beyond waxing, the menu covers brow shaping, semi-permanent brow tinting, semi-permanent lash tinting, lash lifts and dermaplaning, which uses an exfoliating blade to remove dead skin and fine facial hair. The owner also makes exfoliating sugar scrubs in batches, with scents that change by batch, and sells exfoliating shower gloves, Spongelle scrubbies and a few post-waxing products.

Before a visit, clients are asked to let hair grow to about a quarter inch, roughly two weeks of growth, and to exfoliate the day before. After waxing, clients are advised to exfoliate a few times a week, moisturize daily, and avoid heavy sweating for 24 hours. After a Brazilian, they should avoid sex, the gym, pools and hot tubs for at least 24 hours. Clients who feel ill must reschedule, and clients who are on their period may still be waxed and are asked to wear a tampon or cup.

Cancellations cannot be made online within 12 hours of an appointment, so clients must call or text. Cancelling within two hours of the appointment is charged at half the cost of the cancelled services, and a no call, no show carries a charge of half the service cost before booking again. Clients who arrive after the eight-minute late mark may not receive their booked services, and fees may apply.
