New clients start with a 45-minute consultation, which covers their questions and a review of their natural lashes to determine whether they are eligible for extensions.

The menu is built around a few extension styles. Classic sets attach one synthetic extension to each natural lash with adhesive. Hybrid sets combine classic and volume techniques for a textured lash line, and wispy sets give a soft, textured look with spikes. Volume-style options include sets that fan up to 16-20 extensions to each natural lash, and a Mega Volume set that runs two hours.

Between full sets, clients can book fills. Classic and volume fills are offered at shorter appointment lengths. Fills are meant to be done within 2-3 weeks of a set; a fill booked later than that is charged as a full set.
