Bridal services can be booked as hair only, makeup only, or both together, and there are bridal party packages and groom styling as well. Trials are held in the studio on set weekdays, varying by season. Weddings can be served on location or in the studio, and stylists travel anywhere in Colorado, with travel fees quoted on inquiry. The studio has also traveled out of state for special requests. Several stylists can be staffed for one wedding depending on the number of services, the timeline and the location, and the studio says it can take on weddings of any size with several specialized bridal teams.
Outside of weddings, the studio offers men's and women's haircuts, children's haircuts, and color from root touch-ups to balayage and ombre. Blowouts, updos, braids, and curls or straight styling are also available. Makeup services include full face looks, makeup for children under 10, lash application and airbrush foundation. Hair extensions are booked by consultation only, so clients call to arrange them.
Booking is done online through Vagaro. Weddings are first come, first served and are not secured until a 50 percent deposit and a signed contract are in place, with the final payment due the week of or the day of the wedding. Gratuity is added to the final invoice. Appointment changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and late changes or cancellations are charged half the scheduled service. No-shows are charged the full price, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows. A card is kept on file, and a redo is offered if a client is not satisfied.
The studio's stylists are cut and color specialists who keep up their training as often as they can.
