The studio's portfolio includes upstyle hair and makeup work.

Bookings are taken through GlossGenius, which also handles payments. Clients can choose Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings priced from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Hours are Monday 9 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday and Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday 8 AM to 6 PM, with the studio closed Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Deposits apply to several services. A cancellation made with at least 48 hours' notice avoids losing the deposit or paying a cancellation fee. A no-show or same-day cancellation forfeits the deposit, and a new deposit is needed to rebook.

A complimentary consultation of about 30 minutes is offered at $0. It covers the client's goals, what their hair can handle and how they live day to day, and is used to plan a look that keeps hair and scalp in good condition. The consultation deposit is credited toward a future appointment.

Color correction is planned around the look the client wants and the process it needs. It may take more than one session and may be charged by the hour, and is booked for about 300 minutes. It requires a $75 deposit that is non-refundable. The appointment can be moved once if rescheduled at least 36 hours ahead; otherwise the deposit is forfeited. Bleach touch-ups with toner need regrowth of no more than one inch, or the service may be treated as color correction.

Wash and blow-dry services use naturally derived hair care products. Curling, flat ironing, beach waves and mermaid waves can be added for $15. Formal styling is booked for about an hour and works best with hair washed and dried the night before; a wash and blow-dry is not included.
