Brow visits begin with custom brow mapping. The Brow Sculpt starts at $35 and takes at least 35 minutes, and includes waxing, an aloe mask, brow oil and optional styling. Adding a tint brings the price to $50 and at least 50 minutes, with a color formula matched to the look the client chooses. The henna option, at $55 and at least 50 minutes, blends henna tint to the client's preferred shade.

For a lamination, the Naked Brow Lami costs $85 and takes 70 minutes. It uses no added color and is described by the studio as improving brow direction, fullness and symmetry, and it requires a $42.50 deposit. Tinted Brow Lami and Brow Lami Refresh are also offered.

Booking works as follows: appointments can be made up to 30 days ahead, and a 50% deposit secures every booking and is applied to the total. First-time clients select the New Client Consultation, which adds 10 minutes. Before a brow appointment, clients are asked to avoid tweezing, shaving, waxing or threading for at least four weeks. Before a wax, they are asked to pause acid-based skincare, retinoids and exfoliants for five to seven days. Small children are not permitted during appointments. Hours are Tuesday, Friday 10 AM to 2 PM, Thursday 4:30 PM to 8 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM, and the studio is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.

The studio builds each brow service around a custom map and a tint or henna shade chosen for the individual client.
