Bridal work is the core of the business. Options range from makeup-only or hair-only appointments to full wedding-day packages. The Luxe Bride Experience includes bridal makeup and hair, premium lashes, skin preparation, veil placement, a beauty timeline, travel to the getting-ready location and a touch-up gift. Bridal party services are available for mothers, bridesmaids, grandmothers and flower girls, with a six-service minimum for wedding parties. Every wedding receives a custom proposal, and a signed agreement and retainer reserve the date.

Quinceañera services include hair and makeup for the honoree, a family package for moms, grandmas, aunts and extra guests, hair and makeup for photo sessions, and required trial appointments held in the studio. Crown placement and a touch-up kit are included with the main Quinceañera package. The Quinceañera retainer is up to 25% of the total and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Bookings need the Quinceañera services plus four additional services, which can be a mix of makeup and hair.

Lessons range from a live one-on-one online session with a curated beauty kit shipped beforehand, to a two-hour in-person soft glam lesson, a three-hour in-home mother and daughter experience on weekdays, and a four-hour beginner course that includes a starter kit. Virtual lessons require full payment at booking and at least 14 days of advance notice.

Travel to clients is included in some packages within 20 miles of the Palm Desert studio, and a travel fee applies outside the standard service area. Payment is accepted by Venmo, Zelle and card, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before the event. An assistant fee of $200 per service category applies to large groups. Clients are asked to arrive with freshly washed hair that is completely dry and a clean face without makeup, since makeup is applied before hairstyling.

Aims for makeup that enhances a person's features rather than covering them, and says its makeup is customized for every skin tone.
