Color is the core of the menu. Custom blonding comes in three levels: a full transformation with babylights, highlights, balayage, global bleach and toner, a partial service that touches up existing blonding, and a mini service that maintains the face frame, money piece and part line. Gloss and toner remove brassiness and add shine without lifting the hair. Global color is a single-process color from roots to ends, and grey touch-ups cover grey or adjust the base. Vivid color includes lightening when needed before the color is applied, and its final price depends on the starting point and the goal.

Booking has a few steps. New color clients fill out an inquiry form before they book. Regular appointments require a retainer, which is paid directly to the stylist after the booking is accepted and is deducted from the total. Event bookings need a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer applied to the total, and weekend reservations have a minimum of five hair services. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle and Apple Cash.

Event work includes special occasion styling, vintage waves, bridal and quinceañera hair with extension application, and hair for bridal party members, mothers and guests. Brides and quinceañera clients can book a 90-minute preview a few months before the event to talk through the look and try one or two styles. Makeup is not provided, but the studio can recommend artists. Only the client receiving service may be in the studio, and children are only allowed if they are being serviced.

Services are planned around maintenance timing, with gloss and grey touch-ups suggested every six to eight weeks and partial blonding about four to six months after a full service.

The studio calls itself a judgment-free space where everyone is welcome.
