The services are grouped into brows, lashes and waxing, and the menu is short enough that clients can see the full list of options and prices before booking.
Brow work includes waxing, lamination on its own, and lamination combined with a hybrid tint and wax. The hybrid tint is described as staining the skin for up to 7 to 10 days and the hairs for up to 6 weeks. Lash work covers lifts, lifts with tint, classic, hybrid and volume extensions, extension fills, and lash removal. Lash lift results are described as lasting up to 5 to 6 weeks.
Booking follows a few clear rules. Lash extension fills are offered within 3 to 3.5 weeks of the last appointment, and a longer gap calls for a full set. Brow lamination is not booked for clients who are pregnant or using accutane, and clients are asked to avoid retinol for 48 hours beforehand. First-time brow lamination clients are advised to take a patch test 24 hours before the service.
