The menu covers four areas. Brow services include shaping with tweezers and scissors, waxing, tinting, and brow lamination, a semi-permanent treatment that restructures brow hairs to shape, refine and fill. Lash services range from classic and hybrid extensions to volume sets, along with lash lifts with tint, lash fills for clients coming from another salon, and removal of extensions applied elsewhere.

Facials run from a teen facial and a rapid results treatment up to signature, back, deluxe and luxury facials. Several use chemical peels, extractions where needed, and scalp, face, neck, shoulder, hand and arm massage. Dermaplaning is offered on its own or as part of a facial, and facial and dermaplaning treatments use Comfort Zone products. Waxing covers small areas like the nostrils and lip as well as larger zones such as underarms and a full face.

First-time brow lamination clients are advised to pair the treatment with a brow wax and tint. Foreign lash fills include an extensive consultation, and Lily reaches out by text or phone before those appointments to gather more information.

The practice aims to leave each client feeling beautiful, cared for and confident after a treatment.
