The business began as a small tanning salon a short distance from its current Crown Point location and has since grown into a wider menu of hair, nail, skin, waxing and massage services. The Crown Point salon also offers permanent jewelry, LED teeth whitening and semi-permanent makeup. It is open seven days a week: Sunday from 10am to 4pm, Monday and Tuesday from 9am to 7pm, Wednesday and Thursday until 8pm, Friday until 7pm, and Saturday from 9am to 5pm.

The sister location, Beauty & the Med Spa in St. John, is about 12 minutes away. Its medical-side services include CoolSculpting, injectables, laser hair removal, medical grade facials and vitamin injections with IV therapy. CoolSculpting Elite and CoolTone body contouring are offered at the Crown Point location. GLP-1 weight loss programs using semaglutide or tirzepatide begin with a medical evaluation at the St. John med spa, which also offers Japanese Head Spa treatments, Sculptra, Dysport and SKINVIVE.

Hair and nail prices are listed as starting prices and can change with the details of a service and the result a client wants. Pricing reflects each stylist's experience, demand and growth within the salon.

Several memberships are offered. The Facial Membership includes one Customized Spa Facial a month with no rollovers. The monthly massage membership costs $75 for one 55-minute massage or $110 for one 85-minute massage, also with no rollovers. A Pedi Membership gives a discounted pedicure each month with no commitment. Pay-over-time financing is available through Cherry with 0% APR, subject to eligibility, and the Allē membership provides CoolSculpting information and savings on other products and treatments.
