The facial menu ranges from the Signature Glow Maintenance Facial, a one-hour visit at $295, to the BTM Acne Facial, the BTM Custom Glow Facial and the BTM Gentlemen's Facial. CELLSTORY treatments are offered as a single Signature Treatment or as the Lumina Series package. The All-Inclusive Signature Facial combines several of these treatments, along with hydrodermabrasion with oxygen infusion. Advanced skin therapies cover traditional microneedling, customized chemical peels and package series for both. Microneedling and chemical peels are offered to returning clients at $400 and $375, and are not offered to first-time clients. Exfoliation options include microdermabrasion and dermaplaning facials, and brow services are limited to lamination, shaping and tint.

New clients can start with a complimentary 30-minute virtual consultation, or book the in-clinic personalized skin consultation with a first treatment, which runs 1 hour 30 minutes for $350. Existing clients can book a 45-minute in-clinic check-in, which is not offered to new clients. Halotherapy is available as a full session or as an add-on to a facial, using pharmaceutical-grade salt. The Wedding Season Package at $600 includes six 30-minute Customized Glow Treatments for up to five bridesmaids, a bottle of Rose, and an extended face and neck massage for the bride.

Booking requires a non-refundable $50 deposit, which is applied to the service total, and a credit card to hold the appointment. Major credit cards and Apple Pay are accepted, and full payment is due at the end of the service. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service total. No-shows who have not made contact within 15 minutes of the appointment time are charged the full fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to rescheduling. Children under 10 are not admitted to the studio, and minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who signs intake forms. Payment plans are available through Cherry, with interest-bearing plans and 0% APR options subject to eligibility. Gift certificates range from $20 to $275 and are non-refundable.
