The business centers on group and private parties. Social Packages are priced per guest and grow in scope from Package #1 for up to 10 guests to Package #3 for up to 15 guests. Package #1 includes a microdermabrasion or hydrodermabrasion facial, LED eye light treatment, a 15-minute chair massage, virtual reality meditation and an essential oil bar. Package #2 adds radio frequency treatment and a collagen stimulating eye mask, and Package #3 adds an LED Celluma facial, two electric foot massagers and a larger set of treatments. Package pricing applies only when the minimum guest count is met. For younger guests, kids' parties run two hours or more and include a DIY scrub bar, spa games, robes and slippers, and goodie bags. The Gang and The Whole GANG add foot treatments and a sugar scrub and bath bomb bar, respectively, and parents or guardians must consent to children's parties.

Add-on treatments can be booked alongside a party or on their own. Medical injectable treatments are performed by licensed and certified medical providers, and new clients complete a medical history form and consent forms before their first appointment. The business also offers group consultations at $100 per person and private consultations at $150, and it may charge a $100 to $150 mobile consultation fee for either.
