The spa combines corrective and holistic techniques in its facials and skin care. Its focus is on non-invasive methods rather than fillers or Botox. Treatments are adjusted to each client's skin concerns, and facial recommendations are made individually at every visit, with a fresh, customized plan each time. Before a first treatment, the team gives each guest time to talk through their goals, and every guest completes a signed intake form before the visit or on arrival.

Facials range from the quick Express Beauté Facial to the Beauty Mark Facial, which includes an essential oil hand, face and décolleté massage with a choice of dermaplaning or ultrasonic treatment. The Lofty Lux Facial is a custom session with deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, massage and two correctives picked during the appointment. The Bespoke Facial combines three deep cleansing and detoxing correctives with a massage of the scalp, face, décolleté, feet and hands using warm stones.

The advanced treatments menu includes Cool Lift, a CO2-based treatment described as a non-invasive alternative to a facelift that uses a cold gas spray. The spa recommends a weekly package of six followed by one treatment a month. MyoLift MD uses seven pre-set protocols customized by the team to each client and applies microcurrent to lift and tone facial muscles. OxyGeneO+ is a 5-in-1 facial combining exfoliation, low-frequency ultrasonic infusion, lymphatic drainage micro-massage and skin oxygenation, and the spa states it is cruelty-free and vegan. Rezenerate NanoFacial combines nanotechnology, acupressure and cold therapy, and Stem Cell Rezenerate is also offered. Beauty Bright, which the spa describes as a non-invasive alternative to laser therapy, and Beauty Lift, described as a hydrating and toning treatment, round out the list.

Eyelash extensions come in classic, volume, hybrid and fringe-set styles, and can be customized for thickness, curl and length. Lash and brow services include tints in a range of shades made with natural vegetable-sourced dyes, brow shaping and tinting, brow lamination, henna brow tint, keratin lash lift and a deluxe lash tint that can be paired with a Plus Eye Mask. Threading is offered for shaping brows and removing finer hairs, and can be added to most core services.

Products used across the spa are described as organic, vegan and farm-grown botanical ingredients. Guests are offered infused water, tea or another beverage during their visit, and the treatment room includes a warming table. The spa is appointment only and does not accept walk-ins. Reservations require a credit card or gift certificate number. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice are charged at 50% of scheduled services, and no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full. Arriving 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. Refunds are not offered on services, and the spa accepts cash and major credit cards but not checks.

The spa describes itself as an award-winning boutique day spa and says it was voted New Hampshire's Best Day Spa. Its home page lists more than 100 five-star reviews, 30 or more integrative services and 45 bespoke add-ons. Guests are advised to consult their doctor before beginning any treatment, and the spa states that it does not diagnose, prevent or cure skin disease or medical conditions.
