Services are by appointment only. New guests can book a new guest package or send an inquiry form to be matched with one, and inquiries receive a reply within one to two business days. A new guest's first appointment includes a consultation and a longer-term plan that looks beyond that single visit. For color services, a formula is custom blended and recorded for each visit, so the next appointment can be matched closely. Each visit ends with styling tips and suggestions for at-home hair care, and clients who are comfortable can take an optional photo at the end.
Pricing varies with hair length, density, product and the time a service needs, so the listed prices are starting points. Existing clients book through an online booking link, and questions can be sent by text to 972-853-1252. The salon is open Tuesday from 9am to 7pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 6pm, Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
Each client's color is custom blended and recorded, and new guests begin with a consultation and a plan that extends beyond the first visit.
