Services are booked by type and time. Appointments range from a 10-minute treatment to a 270-minute platinum blonding service, and consultations are offered. The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 48 hours notice. Later cancellations are charged half of the services originally booked, and no-shows without notice are charged the full scheduled total. Unforeseen circumstances are reviewed case by case, and the policy is meant to respect both the client's time and the stylist's time.
Three monthly memberships are offered at $70, $130 and $240. Each includes a set number of Signature Blowouts, a discount on retail products and priority booking, and some tiers add a hydrating treatment or masque. Member benefits are applied at in-store checkout when members book services.
The studio aims to keep the schedule fair for both the client's time and the stylist's time.
