Appointment times are generous for the larger blonding services: a Signature Full Blonde is listed at about 210 minutes or more, and an Essential Balayage at about 240 minutes or more. Color services include gloss and toner, single-shade retouches for new growth or grey coverage, and all-over color. For cuts, the menu has bang and neck trims, wash-and-cut, blowouts, and haircut with blowout. Men's cuts are currently open only to existing clients.

Extension work is a separate track. Ktip installs and removals are priced by pack, and BELLAMI weft installs come in Volume or Flex styles. Both require a consultation before booking. Weft move-ups slide the beads up without reinstalling the whole wefted area, and are meant for maintenance every four to six weeks. A 30-minute consultation costs $25 and is credited toward a later service.

Booking terms ask for cancellations or reschedules at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations made inside that window, no-shows, and failure to make contact are charged the full service price. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, after which the visit may need to be rebooked and fees may apply. Children are only permitted when they have a scheduled service. Concerns about hair should be raised within 10 days, and services are non-refundable, though reasonable adjustments are made when appropriate.

Work leans toward dimensional, lived-in color, with add-ons used to help protect the hair during lightening.
