Every service is booked by appointment. New facial clients start with a skin analysis, and new scalp clients begin with a scalp analysis using scalp scope technology. Returning facial clients are generally advised to come back every four to six weeks. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM to 3 PM, Thursday 1 PM to 9 PM, Friday 3 PM to 9 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, with the spa closed on Sunday and Monday.

The peel menu starts with a Gentle Corrective Peel, a 60-minute peel using Lira Clinical formulations that is done as a series of three, and continues with an Advanced Corrective Peel for clients who have completed that series. For corrective results, the salon suggests starting with one treatment every four weeks for three sessions, then moving to maintenance every six to eight weeks. Jet Plasma treatments use cold plasma without needles or traditional resurfacing, and a series of three is recommended.

Scalp facials include scalp analysis, exfoliation of buildup, follicle cleansing, circulation stimulation and targeted treatment for scalp conditions. The salon describes its scalp work as holistic and non-toxic, and according to the salon, corrective scalp treatments in Illinois must be performed by a licensed cosmetologist.

The Ultimate Scalp Reset Experience is a 150-minute session that combines a scalp facial, a luxury facial, scalp massage and tuning fork sound therapy; the salon calls it the most luxurious treatment it offers. The Scalp and Skin Renewal Ritual is a 120-minute pairing of a scalp facial and a customized facial. The salon also describes its Gua Sha Lymphatic Therapy facial as one of its most-loved treatments.
