About
Noelle Fredrick founded Beauty From Within Spa and created the Holistic Scalp Method. She holds licenses as a licensed esthetician and a licensed cosmetologist, and is a state-certified scalp specialist in Illinois.
She focuses on personalized holistic facial and scalp treatments meant to support healthy skin, scalp and hair.
She runs the Holistic Scalp Method Practitioner Certification, a professional education program for licensed cosmetologists, and wrote the book Ask Your Esthetician: A Guide to Healthy Skin.
