Each lash set is customized to the client, with the aim of enhancing their natural look while protecting the health of their own lashes. Full sets come in wet, hybrid, volume, and wispy styles, with angel lashes and volume brown lashes also offered. A full set can be booked with bottoms added, and both take about four hours. Infills are available at three coverage levels, and their prices are set according to how much coverage is needed. A one-week infill takes around three and a half hours.
Visits are meant to be relaxed. Clients can send a message ahead with any special accommodations or preferences. A patch test is available as a 15 to 20 minute visit done 24 to 48 hours before an appointment, to check for an allergic reaction. Booking requires a $25 deposit, which is applied to the total cost and must be received at least 48 hours before the appointment or the booking is cancelled.
