Color and lightening services include gloss and toner for highlighted or all-over color refresh, an all-over single shade that does not include global blonding, and root touch-ups for up to two inches of new growth that also cover gray. Partial foil touch-ups, partial highlights and full highlights are offered as well, with times and prices that increase with the amount of work.

Locs and twists services include loc retwists, two-strand twists and interlocs. Prices and appointment length depend on hair length and density, and retwists and twists include shampooing. An Extended Time add-on is available for long or dense hair.

Styling options include a silk press, which can be pressed straight or bumped and includes a deep conditioning treatment and a five-minute scalp massage, a press-and-curl service, a signature blow dry that uses a heating tool and or all-around pin curls, and a round-brushed blow dry. Haircuts and trims include a shampoo and regular blowout.

Booking involves a $50 deposit, which is deducted from the bill at the appointment and sent as an email invoice to the address given at checkout. Appointments are cancelled if the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of booking. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice or the full service price is charged, and clients expecting to be more than 15 minutes late are asked to call the salon so staff can advise whether to come in.
