The studio describes its lash services as luxury and says it focuses on lash health, comfort and retention. Each set is customized to the client's eye shape, lifestyle and the look they want. Sets range from a classic one-to-one application for a soft, natural result to volume sets built from handmade fans of Paris Lash fans, with hybrid, YY, clover, fairy and angel/wet styles in between.

Fill-ins are offered for every set style at one-, two- and three-week intervals. Most fills need at least half of the previous set's lashes still in place; if fewer remain, the visit is booked as a full set. Extension removal uses a cream remover to loosen the glue bonds, and the studio says removal is done without pain and aims to protect natural lashes.

The academy offers a 45-hour lash extension certification course recognized by the Indiana Department of Health. The six-day course combines 15 hours of theory with 30 hours of hands-on practice and is capped at six students. It is open to beginners, career changers, licensed cosmetologists and estheticians, and working lash artists. The course ends with a theory exam and an exit full set on a real client. According to the academy, no cosmetology or esthetics license is needed to work as a lash artist in Indiana after completing the program.

Clients can book with buy now, pay later for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, after approval before the appointment. Cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours ahead; later cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. A loyalty card gives a 10% discount on the day of the 4th completed service and a free fill-in on the 9th, after which the card restarts. Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30am to 7:30pm, Wednesday from 9:30am to 5:30pm, and the studio is closed Friday through Sunday.

The studio customizes each set to the client's eye shape, lifestyle and desired look, with attention to lash health, comfort and retention.
