The menu is grouped into nails, pedicures, brows, facials, lashes and waxing. Nail work covers gel manicures, a structure gel manicure that uses builder gel to reinforce natural nails, soak-off removal, acrylic maintenance, Gel-X, and full sets in several lengths up to XXL, along with a freestyle set where the client chooses up to three colors and the nail art and charm placement. Pedicure options include a dry acrylic service without a water soak, acrylic toe maintenance and a hot stone add-on.

Several services are offered as home-based appointments, including Dermalogica facials, a Dermalogica back treatment, brow clean-up and tinting, a semi-permanent brow lamination bundle, and a lash lift and tint. The Dermalogica facial includes personalized skincare product recommendations.

Booking is handled with a deposit: $30 for full sets and the Luxe Toe BBL, $20 for gel manicures and most home-based facial and brow services, $10 for soak-off and brow clean-up, and $300 for nail tech training. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. A 40% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours.

Some services have specific requirements. Brow services need the brow area free of makeup on arrival, and lash lifts need clean lashes with no mascara, oils or eye makeup. Acrylic maintenance is best booked within four weeks, and sets with more growth or major lifting need a full set or a soak-off followed by a full set. Acrylic toe maintenance is for existing sets only.

The studio aims to make each visit feel calm and indulgent, with the owner's background in salon and spa settings shaping the luxury-service feel.
