Permanent cosmetics is the studio's main focus, with permanent eyebrow tattooing and eyebrow magic shading as named services, alongside esthetics treatments.

Before a procedure, clients are asked to send a list of their medications, since some medical conditions can rule out permanent makeup. Clients are asked to avoid workouts, alcohol and caffeine on the day of the appointment, and to skip waxing or tinting for three days beforehand. A topical numbing ointment is applied first, and a second anesthetic can be added depending on the client's pain threshold. Clients may take Tylenol before a procedure, but not aspirin or ibuprofen.

The studio uses sterilized, disposable needles and supplies for permanent makeup and says it follows the CDC and OSHA Universal Precautions. Color looks more intense right after the procedure and typically heals within 7 to 14 days, with the color settling in about six weeks. Aftercare asks clients to keep products off the treated area for 10 days, avoid sun and tanning for three to four weeks, and avoid facials, chemical treatments and microdermabrasion for four weeks. Average color retention is 1.5 to 2 years after two appointments, a primary procedure followed by a touch-up.
