Valeria Vega

Valeria Vega runs Beauty by Valeria in McLean, Virginia, where she serves as owner, master and instructor. She holds licenses as an esthetician and for permanent cosmetics tattooing, and she is certified as a master and as an instructor in both fields. Her beauty career started in 2015, when she joined AFAA as a Full Body Fitness and Zumba instructor. She trained at The Esthetic Institute, where she became a certified and licensed esthetician. Her permanent cosmetics education began in 2017 at Synergy Beauty Academy and at SVIATO Academy, formerly known as Silhouette, and she has since completed advanced courses taught by international trainers Paola Soto and Sviatoslav Otchenasch. SVIATO Academy has recognized her as an artist. Earlier, she worked as a tattoo artist at Body Hard Tattoo and at Coyote's Tattoo in Lima, Peru, where she gained skills in body piercing and tattooing in 2004. Her focus is permanent cosmetics tattooing and esthetics, including training in techniques for treating scars with permanent cosmetics. She has treated hundreds of clients over her career.
