The menu is built around color. Lived-in work such as balayage, partial and full foil highlights, mini highlights and dimensional finishes sits alongside permanent all-over color with full gray coverage, root retouches and demi-permanent toner, which adds shine and shifts the tone but does not cover gray. Most hair services include a complimentary wash and blow dry. Adult, teen, children's and clipper haircuts are listed, although the studio is not currently taking new clients for stand-alone haircuts.
Hair extensions are a major part of the practice. Sirena now works only with machine-weft extensions made from 100% human Remy hair, in shades such as balayage, rooted, sombre and two-toned highlighted wefts. Installs come in 1, 2 and 3 track sizes using traditional, waterfall or invisible bead techniques, and installation includes removing any previous extensions. Extension pricing is separate from installation and varies with volume and length, and extension packages, including a new guest package with a custom color match, start at $499. Wefts can be reused up to four times with proper care and are generally reinstalled every 6 to 8 weeks.
Booking works in a few ways. New clients can request an appointment by email, saying which service they want and whether daytime or evening times suit them, and they need a free 15-minute consultation before booking online. Returning clients can book online, with instant confirmation two days before the visit and the option to cancel or reschedule, and a waitlist is available for anyone hoping for an earlier opening. Clients who pair a chemical service with an extension installation qualify for a discounted rate. Hair purchased for extensions is non-refundable, and makeup and formal hairstyles are no longer offered.
