The Vibe Check Facial is the one first-time clients are encouraged to book. The radiofrequency firming treatment is suggested as a monthly series of at least three months, and the Nano Corrective Facial is best booked at least a week before an event. Aftercare directions are given for brow, lash and facial services.

Brow services include shaping, tinting, lamination and a combined shape and tint. Lash lifts include tinting. Makeup services cover full-face or eyes-only application, custom foundation blending, and lessons ranging from a single feature to a signature session where clients bring their own makeup and brushes. Body services include a back facial and body waxing, which is priced by the area waxed.

In-home spa parties are booked through a request form. The studio follows up within 24 hours to confirm details and send a deposit invoice. Party options include makeup classes, peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling and a custom foundation class where each guest takes home a blend.

Products are shipped within the United States by standard shipping only. Orders are processed Tuesday through Saturday. Shipped products cannot be returned, and refunds are handled case by case at the studio's discretion. Damaged items must be reported within two business days of delivery, with photos.

Treatment is planned over time, with a preference for preventing skin problems over correcting them later.
