Clients can book through the salon's GlossGenius page. A consultation is offered at no charge and takes about 10 minutes. Some services ask for a deposit of $40, $50 or $100 at booking, and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The salon asks for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service total.
Hours are Wednesday 3:30 PM to 6 PM, Thursday 11 AM to 7 PM, Friday 12 PM to 7 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM, with Monday, Tuesday and Sunday closed. Payments are accepted through the booking page.
