Hair services are priced on an all-inclusive basis. Each rate covers toner or gloss where it applies, deep conditioning, a K18 bond-building treatment, the cut and the style. Color services include root tapping or shadowing when needed, and extension clients can choose a new install or a move-up of hair already blended in.

Bridal work is booked through a bridal request form, and a bridal trial is required before a wedding booking is confirmed. Bridesmaid and family styling is offered per person, and a travel fee applies to bridal services based on how far the venue is. Special event styling for events such as prom and homecoming is also offered.

The studio is open Mondays from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Wednesdays from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. New clients complete a new client form before booking and are asked to put a card on file. A $50 deposit goes toward the service fee and can be paid by Apple Pay, card or Venmo. Cancellations or changes need 72 hours' notice, and a card or Venmo payment carries a 2.5% fee. The business does not issue refunds, but it says it will correct any dissatisfaction after an appointment at no charge.
