New color clients book a consultation before their first color appointment. It can be done by text or in person, and covers inspiration photos, current hair photos, questions, expectations, pricing, and a plan for the client's color goals. The consultation is booked separately from the color appointment, and the stylist advises which one to book next.

About

Custom Color takes about 300 minutes and suits multiple process colors, block placements, vivid colors, and new clients. Partial and full custom color may include lightening, toners, vivid shades, and custom placements, and also require a consultation first.

The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on Sunday and Monday. A 30% cancellation fee applies, and clients are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible if they cannot make an appointment.

Color is planned in a consultation before booking, so each plan is built around the client's goals and the stylist's advice on which appointment comes next.
