Lash services run from fills to full sets. Quick fills are for weekly clients only and are priced at $65; a regular fill applies if more than a week has passed or less than 60% of lashes remain. Two-week and three-to-four-week fills, a foreign fill, and bottom lashes as an add-on are also available, along with lash removal. Full sets come in wet, brown wet, hybrid, volume, mega volume and anime styles, all at $180, and a lash lift with a tint starts at $100.

Brow services include eyebrow tint and shape, brow lamination starting at $65, and a full brow wax. Waxing also covers the upper lip and any facial area other than brows, starting at $20. An after hours fee of $30 applies to appointments from 7 to 9 PM.

Booking policies ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules; cancelling inside that window counts as a no-show and 50% of the service fee applies. Arriving 30 minutes late also counts as a no-show, and a late arrival may shorten the appointment. Concerns about a service should be raised within two days, and the salon will correct them at no extra charge. Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, and purchased services, memberships and retail products are not refundable. Clients with a history of reactions to lash extensions should contact the salon before booking. The salon does not refill lash work done by other technicians, and existing extensions must come off before a first set, though filling another artist's work may be possible and is discussed at the start of the appointment. Lash results cannot be guaranteed, since extensions need gentle, consistent maintenance.

The one-on-one lash class costs $550 and runs about two hours. It includes an ebook and supplies. Gift cards are available, and Buy Now, Pay Later can be used in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
