The facial menu runs from a 45-minute basic facial to a 90-minute Let's Get Glowing treatment that combines microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and LED light therapy. There are also targeted options such as an anti-acne facial with deep extractions, high frequency and LED, an anti-aging facial using medical grade products, a men's facial, a pregnancy-safe belly treatment and a back treatment.

Brow and lash services include eyebrow tinting, eyebrow lamination, a Korean eyelash lift with or without tinting, and a combined Lash & Brow Magic session. Hair removal is available by waxing or by sugaring, a method that uses a paste made from natural ingredients, with options for the face, underarms, arms, legs and back.

Booking requires a nonrefundable deposit, with the rest of the balance paid at the appointment. Deposits range from $5 to $50 depending on the service. Changing a booking at least 24 hours ahead moves the deposit to the new date at no extra cost, while later changes forfeit it. Same-day cancellations and no-call, no-shows carry a 50% fee, and no-shows cannot rebook online. Gift cards in set amounts or a custom amount are sold as final sales and can be picked up at a scheduled time, and retail products can also be collected in a booked time slot after texting to confirm stock.
