The menu includes HydroFacial and custom facials, PDRN-based facials, nanoneedling with hyaluronic acid, liquid microneedling, several peels, dermaplaning and acne treatments. Some options are built as multi-visit plans. The acne boot camp starts with a custom facial and suggested products, then continues with treatments every two weeks for at least three months, and clients are asked to set aside around $200 for products. BioRePeel is usually given as a series of four to six treatments spaced a week or so apart, with skin prepped beforehand. The Perfect Derma Peel requires a pre-peel regimen bought three weeks in advance.

New clients can start with a consultation. An in-person consult lasts 30 minutes and covers skin goals, current products, skincare history and recommended products and services, and its fee goes toward a product purchase. A virtual consult is a 30-minute video call by video or FaceTime, and bookings should be made at least 24 hours ahead. Before a virtual consult, clients send photos of their skin and note their current products, diet, skin goals and budget. The New Client Skin Analysis Facial is for first-time clients and includes a skin analysis, skin type assessment, a skincare plan and a customized facial.

The studio sells products from Epicutis, Hydrinity and Glymed through its online shop, and orders over $300 ship free. Missed appointments are not refunded; an appointment counts as missed after 15 minutes of waiting unless otherwise noted. Some services can be requested by noting the request in the booking notes.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin, with time spent explaining how to care for it at home.
