Brow services are another focus, from a simple wax to a wax paired with a pencil fill for the day, a vegan hybrid stain, or brow lamination, a two-step process that softens and sets the hair. Full body waxing and vajacials are also offered, and a chin wax is provided at no charge for women with hormonal imbalances.

Makeover sessions include a feature-focused edit or a full face makeover, and several options come with an edited or step-by-step video tutorial. Makeup lessons can be one-on-one at home or virtual, with an option to record in-person classes. Estheticians can also take brow lamination or waxing classes that include supplies and a certificate of completion.

Appointments outside regular hours can be arranged on request for an additional $20. Booking requires a card on file, which is charged only for a deposit. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment are charged 50 percent of the service. Payment can be made through the booking site, CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
