The menu covers four areas: facials, brow services, lash lifts and tints, and waxing. Facials range from a short mini facial to a deluxe facial that includes extractions if needed, gua sha massage, and LED light therapy, with dermaplaning and several add-ons available. Brow services run from simple tinting, staining, and tweezing to brow lamination and a combined package that lasts about six to eight weeks. Waxing covers small areas like the lip and chin through the back and full legs.

Clients can book through the online booking site or contact Brooke directly. First-time clients pay a one-time $20 deposit when booking, and most listed services take that deposit online. Guests are limited to one person per appointment, and clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and no eye or face makeup. Posted hours are an estimate, so clients are asked to text for actual availability.
