The studio has two treatment rooms, one bright and energizing and one dark and moody, and it describes itself as making every client feel safe. All staff are trained to treat every skin tone and skin type.

The menu runs from a 30-minute K-Beauty facial with Korean beauty products, starting at $50, through custom facials and longer signature and firming treatments. Advanced options include the Mini Peel, a no-downtime chemical peel at $110, and the Green Sea Peel at $199, a spicule-based alternative to chemical peels and microneedling that carries an allergy warning for shellfish or iodine. The MandeliClear peel is aimed at hyperpigmentation and is for returning clients only, and microneedling with AnteAGE EGF is usually built over three to six sessions. Some treatments are reserved for returning clients, including the Advanced Mini Peel, which is not offered to first-time visitors.

Hydrafacial options range from the Custom Hydrafacial to the Platinum Hydrafacial, and the studio also offers HydraScalp treatments with Keravive, a partial scalp treatment that includes a serum infusion. Lash and brow work includes a Korean lash lift and tint, brow lamination and tint, and a two-hour package combining both. Clients are asked to arrive for lash appointments without makeup.

Four monthly memberships are available, paid upfront or month to month, with a $100 initiation fee charged with the first payment.
