Lash appointments begin with a conversation about the length and fullness a client wants, and the set is shaped to what their natural lashes can hold. Classic, hybrid, volume and demi styles are offered, with demi starting at $90 and volume full sets at $230. A full set takes about 60 minutes to 2 hours depending on the style, and a new technician may need up to 3 hours. Refills are recommended every two to three weeks and average about 45 minutes. A refill requires at least 40 percent of the lashes to remain, otherwise an additional $25 charge applies. A non-refundable booking fee secures any lash appointment and goes toward the total.

For aftercare, the business advises water-based mascara and water-based eye makeup remover only, and asks clients to avoid heavy water such as in the shower for 12 to 24 hours after application, though a light mist is fine. Mechanical curlers are not recommended with extensions; a heated curler is suggested for more curl.
