The salon's aim is to bring each client's hair to its healthiest level first, since that is the base for any color or styling. Color work is a core focus, with balayage, highlights, and color correction offered alongside retouches, toner, partial and full foils, all-over color, and creative color. Hair color includes a shampoo, blow dry, and ultimate treatment, and each additional ounce of color beyond the included amount is charged $15. Toner added to color starts at $35, a retouch not exceeding 3 weeks starts at $90, and a retouch not exceeding 8 weeks starts at $105.

Haircuts are offered for men and women, with women's cuts starting at $80 and men's at $48. Each haircut includes shampoo, conditioner, cut, and blow dry or style. Curly hair receives precision cuts followed by product suggestions matched to each client's curl pattern. Iron work can be added to a haircut for $15 and up.

Styling education is offered one-on-one and covers an assessment of the hair, an at-home routine, techniques, product choices, and style tools. Add-on styling education costs $35 with other services or $40 with a haircut. The salon also offers blowouts, treatments, brow color, brow and lip waxing, and shampoo and blow dry as add-ons.

Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle, debit, and credit cards, and a convenience fee applies to card payments. Products are priced individually plus 8.1% tax and have a 30-day exchange and return policy. Cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours are charged a rebooking fee.
