The studio runs from a single chair, so every appointment is one-on-one with the client and no one else in the room. Appointments are booked online or by call or text.

Blonding is the main focus. The menu covers partial and full foil highlights, balayage or foiliage, hairline blonding and totally blonde transformations, each finished with a custom toner or gloss. The studio describes lived-in, low-maintenance blonde as a specialty. Other color work includes all-over color, root retouches, lowlights, dimensional color, specialty shades such as vivids and reds or coppers, and color correction. Extensions are K-tip (fusion), tape-in and sew-in, matched to the client's color and texture, with move-ups and removals also offered.

The salon's nail menu covers Gel-X and acrylic sets along with fills, gel manicures, detailed 3D designs, hand-painted nail art, and custom press-ons. The owner focuses on elaborate nail design and bespoke nail art.

Bridal hairstyling is done on site at the wedding venue, starting with a bridal hair trial and extending to styling for the bridal party on the day. A customized styling schedule is set before the wedding so each member of the party knows their time, and the stylist can stay on for touch-ups before the ceremony or photos by arrangement. Travel fees are set during planning and depend on location. Free 15-minute consultations are offered for planning hair changes or extensions, and test strands are free and take about 45 minutes. Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours ahead are free; changes inside 24 hours carry a fee, and a $10 late fee may apply after 15 minutes.

The studio aims for each visit to feel welcoming, personal and tailored, and to leave each client feeling like the best version of themselves.
