The studio was founded by Olga, an aesthetician who began her career in Europe in 2002 and continued her education after moving to Arizona in 2009. It brings eyelash extensions, skin care, head spa, brow services, microblading, permanent makeup and waxing together under one roof. Skin treatments run 30 to 60 minutes and include chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and skin tightening.

Visits to the lounge take place in an open-concept space used for skin care and eyelash extension services. Eyelash extensions are applied with the client reclining on a facial bed, one extension to each natural lash, and an application takes roughly one to two hours. Clients are asked not to wear mascara to lash appointments, and priming adds at least ten to fifteen minutes.

Permanent makeup covers microblading, ombre and shading brows, and lip blush, and the business describes its permanent makeup techniques as the newest in the field. Head spa sessions begin with a microscope analysis of hair and scalp that looks for signs such as dryness, dandruff, oily or product build-up, and clogged follicle openings. The business does not give medical advice or treatment, and head spa is not suitable for people with hair extensions.

Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours notice, otherwise the full appointment amount is charged. No-shows are charged the full price of the booked service on the card on file. Clients who arrive late may have their session shortened, and appointments are rescheduled if a client is ten minutes or more late. Children under 10 are not allowed in the treatment room, and only clients being serviced may be in it.

The studio says its eyelash services put the care of natural lashes first.
