A visit can begin with a free 10-minute consultation or a 15-minute patch test. Fills and refills are priced by how many days have passed since the last set, in windows such as 13 to 19 days or 20 to 26 days. Clients whose lashes were done at another studio can book a foreign fill, which adds $15 to a first fill at the studio.

The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Thursday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM. It is closed on Sundays.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, and arriving 15 minutes late counts as a cancellation within that window.
