Treatments are spaced about a month apart, with three to five typically needed and one maintenance treatment every nine months to a year. A complimentary consultation comes first. One treatment is listed at $1,200, a package of three at $2,997 and a package of five at $4,495.

The Tox Club has two memberships, Essential and Premium, each with a $199 enrollment fee and monthly payments of $119 or $149 for 12 months at 0% interest. Essential includes three visits a year and Premium four, with a choice among Smarttox, Letytox, Botox and Dysport. Unused units are banked for future use. Members also receive a mystery medspa treatment valued up to $750 retail, a 100-minute facial package valued at $394, Beautify skin care products valued at $370 and VIP access all year.

Financing is offered through Cherry in monthly installments with no hard credit check during application. According to the website, 12 months at 0% interest applies to all spa treatments and services. Each consultation includes Beautify Spa Face Mapping and a complimentary two-week follow-up. The business describes itself as having nearly 10,000 five-star reviews and as Arizona's most-reviewed medspa, and says it has performed over 50,000 microneedle treatments.
