The weight loss program includes prescription medication management for qualifying patients, evaluated by a licensed provider. Prescription options named on the site include oral Wegovy, Wegovy injection, Zepbound and phentermine, and the program also includes vitamin injections, nutritional counseling and hormone balancing. Telehealth weight loss is available in the states where the provider is licensed, including Arizona and California, but controlled substances such as phentermine require an in-person visit. Patients have a live visit every 90 days and at any dose change, and refills can be requested online. Individualized weight loss medications are not FDA-approved, and results vary from person to person.

The aesthetic side covers body sculpting, injectables, lasers and facial rejuvenation. Free aesthetic consultations are offered to work out the injectable treatment cost for each person. Facial rejuvenation begins with a virtual consultation before the first in-person visit. Body sculpting, which includes EMSCULPT, Lipo Light and ultrasonic cavitation with radio frequency, is offered at the Corona clinic only.

Men's and women's hormone consults are each $125, and hormone replacement therapy is listed among the Scottsdale services.

The practice is cash-based and does not bill insurance for visits or treatments, so payment is due at the time of service. Major cards, cash, HSA cards and FSA cards are accepted, and an itemized superbill with insurance codes is available on request for patients to submit to their own insurer. The practice is a CareCredit provider and offers payment plans on some programs. The Corona office welcomes walk-ins, is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Wednesday until 6:00pm, is closed Sunday, and has Spanish-speaking staff. Scottsdale visits are by appointment only. Appointments can be booked online or by calling (951) 898-8515.

Care is medical and individualized: for patients who have lost weight, lost facial volume may be treated with dermal filler and movement lines with Botox, based on assessment.
