The menu is organized by hair type into four groups: short relaxed hair, long relaxed hair, natural hair silk press and natural curly hair. Services range from simple haircuts and shampoo-and-style visits to relaxer retouches, virgin relaxers, perimeter edge relaxers, basic and Hi Definition color, partial and full highlights, and silk press styling with deep conditioning or cuts added. Natural curly services include finger coils, rod sets and curly looks, and the silk press menu runs from pixie length to back length. The salon says its focus is short cuts, bold hair color and classic healthy hair maintenance.

All salon services must be booked online. Some lengthy color services require a $25 deposit to book. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, otherwise a booking fee applies. No-call no-shows and last-minute cancellations are not permitted; a fee applies and rebooking is not allowed after one. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrival.

Children are only allowed in the salon while receiving a salon service and may not accompany a client during service. Clients should not bring extra guests to appointments. Outside hair products are not allowed, except prescription shampoo from a physician or dermatologist; the salon uses its own in-salon products.
