Services fall into three areas: massage therapy, esthetician facials and Reiki healing. Massage styles include Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, sports recovery, prenatal, postnatal, cancer patient and geriatric work. Out-call sessions at a client's home or hotel are available for an added travel fee, and body contouring with wood therapy and a combination healing massage that pairs therapeutic massage with Reiki are also offered.

Facials run from express essentials to advanced customized clinical treatments that address concerns such as acne, pigmentation, ageing and rosacea. LED, ultrasonic and microcurrent full facials, peels and a men's facial are also offered. A skin consultation is included when booking a facial, and the spa suggests a facial every four to six weeks, with express facials suited to more frequent upkeep.

Reiki energy healing sessions are $130 and include a short consultation before and after. The spa also offers free public service Reiki sessions for two clients on the third Thursday of each month from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, by appointment. Spa packages and specials are available.

Homemade therapeutic oils and aromatherapy blends are included in massage sessions at no extra cost.
